I was having a hard time finding yarn for a specific project. ICE came through. I had never heard of this company before but I think it'll be my go to in the future. I'm in Australia and have found shipping is always approximately the same price as my yarn, but even with this cost, it's still cheaper than the local big chain store we have. Delivery is always 6-7 whole days after my order ships. Customer service is fantastic.
This is a little frustrating at times to work with as the strands are not tightly wound together, but it is absolutely gorgeous! I love it.
